SOLE (Strategy Organisation Leadership Exercise)
SOLEs are at the heart of our programs. Over the course of several training units, participants work on a case study that has been exclusively designed for the training. The case study always takes place in the specific context of the company and frequently deals with their upcoming strategic change. While cooperatively working on solutions in small teams, participants experience typical challenges and learn relevant concepts and tools in the area of strategy, organization and leadership. In parallel sessions, participants reflect on their own leadership skills and receive individual coaching, for example with regards to their collaboration style or on their skills in presenting ideas to top management.
FUNCTIONAL TOPICS
